AbioBundle D Series Glass Tank Bioreactors

AbioBundle D-Series bioreactors are open-architecture DeltaV based solutions that use Emerson DeltaV software and hardware to combine the benefits of DeltaV automation with Abiotec's bioprocess expertise into a single platform.

d-Control supports 250ml/500ml/1/2/3/5/7/15/20L single-walled or jacketed glass tanks. In special cases, commercially available controllers supporting OPC, Modbus and Profibus DP protocols can be connected for monitoring.

Softec Data Management Software

Softec is divided into two series: AbioPIMS and AbioExpert, both of which are biological process information management systems independently developed by Abiotec.

AbioPIMS/AbioExpert software complies with GMP5 Class 4 validation, complies with 21 CFR PART 11 and ANSI/ISA-88.01 batch control system standards, complies with audit trail, and completes real-time data collection of biological process parameters and stores them in the database for historical data analysis and traceability, providing data support for strengthening production, process quality and equipment management.

AbioPIMS/AbioExpert is compatible with OPC UA protocol and can be connected to external devices (Nova biochemical analyzer/Kaiser Raman analyzer/cell counter, etc.) to implement advanced process strategies.

AbioPIMS/AbioExpert features RECIPE recipe design, graphical programming interface, simple and intuitive operation, no programming foundation can easily implement complex process strategies.

AbioPIMS/AbioExpert is compatible with Amplikon my-Control/ez-Control/ez2-Control series bioreactors.
