Fast and precise dispensing

The F.SIGHT 2.0 isolates single-cells in either 96- or 384-well plates quickly, dispensing an entire 384-well plate in under 8 minutes. The system’s versatility enables a multitude of different cells to be fluorescently labelled and isolated.

Minimizing cell loss

Add an additional layer of optimization with Cell Focusing technology, which gently aligns cells at the center of the dispensing cartridge for superior cell detection. It offers significant improvements when working with rare cell types as this alignment ensures that cells are perfectly captured and measured, reducing cell loss and even increasing processing speeds.

Following CYTENA’s customer-oriented philosophy, the software has been designed for easy use and quick setup of individual fluorescence experiments. Additionally, the F.SIGHT 2.0’s software can provide full resolution brightfield and fluorescence images along with an overlayed image for monoclonality assurance. Featured Workflow

With the F.SIGHT 2.0’s fluorescet sorting capabilities, only single cells of interest are isolated and dispensed for monoclonal expansion. After isolation, clones of interest are expanded and, subsequently, the clones with the best yield are selected.
