The Applitech Welder 100 is a fuly automatic device designed for aseptic connection of thermoplastic tubing used in single-use coextrusion bags or related processes. it enables aseptic connection of various tubing components, supporting multiple brands of empty or liquid-filled thermoplastic tubing, in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.

To operate, the tubing holders, blades, and the two tubing sections to be welded are placed into the corresponding positions in thedevice. By activating the system via the touchscreen, the blade is sterlized by heating and then automatically cooled to the weldingtemperature, Once ready, the blade cuts the tubing and thermally fuses the two sections together. Throughout the entire welding process,the blade remains sterile without acting as a heat source, ensuring aseptic operation.
