Event Highlights | Applitech Shines at the 24th China Biological Products Conference (CBioPC2025)

On April 23, 2025, the 24th China Biological Products Conference (CBioPC2025) officially opened in Suzhou. The event was co-hosted by the China Vaccine Industry Association, the Biological Products Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, the Vaccine Professional Committee of the China Medicinal Biotechnology Association, and the Biological Products Committee of the Chinese Society for Microbiology. More than 6,000 participants—including representatives from government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry associations, research institutions, and leading domestic and international biopharmaceutical companies—gathered to exchange insights and explore industry trends.

AbioSUS Single-Use Bioreactor

Dual Impeller and Dual Aeration Port Design: This bioreactor is equipped with dual impellers and dual aeration ports, making it ideal for cultures with varying volumes and gas supply requirements.

Side Port and Tank Body Water Jacket Heating/Cooling Design: The water jacket heating and cooling system integrated into the side ports and tank body ensures enhanced temperature uniformity throughout the culture, optimizing growth conditions.

Integrated TCU Temperature Control System: The system features an integrated Temperature Control Unit (TCU), eliminating the need for external heating and temperature control devices, ensuring precise and stable temperature regulation.

Support for Traditional and Single-Use Sensors: The bioreactor supports both traditional and single-use sensors, providing flexibility in monitoring key parameters for both small-scale and large-scale operations.

FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance: Fully compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ensuring data integrity, security, and traceability for regulated processes. It is equipped with an external analog signal transmission port, supports OPC protocol, and is capable of connecting to SCADA software for seamless process monitoring and control.

AbioMixer Desktop Mixing System

• Modular design allows for optional expansion of equipment functions to meet different process requirements.
• By pairing with Haimore Single-Use Bags, the equipment eliminates the need for cleaning or sterilization processes, streamlining the mixing procedure for greater efficiency.
• The entire series has undergone fluid dynamics validation, with scientifically optimized stirring solutions achieving a minimum mixing time of 3 seconds.
• Interchangeable liquid container design allows a single system to be compatible with different size container to meet different needs.
