  • The autofluorescence of tissue sections is quenched in one step without complicated procedures and reagents
  • LED photobleaching can effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio
  • Only quenching the autofluorescence, does not reduce the luminescence of the dye
  • Unlike traditional quenching reagents, it only affects the spontaneous fluorescence signal, and the fluorescence intensity of the dye is not reduced

  • With an effective cooling system
  • The combination of strong light irradiation and an effective cooling system prevents the sample from overheating during photobleaching
