Proprietary Glass Membrane Technology for Sustained Performance
Life Science Applications:
Our proprietary high-temperature-resistant HT glass isdeveloped in-house for applications requiring frequentsterilization, delivering reliable performance under demand-ing high-temperature conditions.

Diaphragm types for stable measurement signals
Stable measurement signals in media of different composi-tions are possible with a selection of diaphragm types:
Fast and Precise:
Most applications can be addressed with electrodesfeaturing either a porous ceramic pin diaphragm or asleeve diaphragm. The sleeve diaphragm forms a ringaround the inner glass tube, making it easy to clean andparticularly suitable for emulsions and suspensions.
Flow Direction and Installation Requirements:
While the positioning of electrodes with a sleevediaphragm is independent of the direction of media flow, the ceramic pin should be positioned facing the directionof flow to minimize contamination and maintain stablemeasurement performance.
Unaffected by Particles:
The open liquid junction (diaphragm) design effectivelyreduces the risk of clogging, ensuring stable and reliablemeasurement performance even in high-particle-contentmedia such as slurries.

Advanced Reference System for ReliableMeasurement and Reduced Maintenance
Our reference systems are carefully designed to meet thespecific requirements of different applications. With lowmaintenance requirements, our sensors provide a reliableand efficient solution for process analytics.
No refilling required:
The reference electrolyte does not need to be replenished throughout the entire service life of the electrode.
Stable Measurement Results:
A constant electrolyte flow ensures stable measurementresults, faster response times, and reduced drift.
Preventing Silver lon Contamination:
The reference system is equipped with an Ag scavengerto prevent silver ions from entering and contaminating the measurement solution.
Reliable Pressure Resistance:
The pressurized reference system ensures stable electro-lyte flow, even under moderate pressure conditions.
Compatibility
To ensure broad compatibility with transmitter systems,Applitech offers pH sensors with both analog and digital outputs.
The sensors can be seamlessly integrated into a widerange of process control systems, enabling reliable andaccurate pH measurement across diverse applications.
