To address these challenges, Applitech has introduced the AbioMix® Desktop Mixing System, delivering an efficient mixing solution that supports the entire process while providing data and theoretical backing for R&D and production.

Flexible Hardware Design: The modular design allows the separation of the storage container from the main unit, enabling a single main unit to support stirring scenarios with different volumes ranging from 0.65L to 20L, adaptable to various process requirements.

Comprehensive Software Features: The proprietary computerized operating system supports audit trails, permission matrices, and data management, meeting GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, thus providing data support for process scale-up and production.

Excellent Mixing Performance: The three-dimensional dimensions of the blades and storage container are optimized and improved through fluid dynamics simulation, significantly reducing mixing time within the system. For liquid-liquid mixing scenarios, the minimum homogenization time can be as short as 3 seconds.
