Precise and Reliable, High Throughput

The system offers flexible settings for dispensing volumes (250 μL-5 mL), the number of cryovials to be filled, and dispensing speed. It can fill 24 cryovials simultaneously with high precision, ensuring a volume error as low as within ±5%.

After continuously dispensing cells into cryovials, 12 vials were randomly selected for testing, and the data showed that the volume precision deviation of the dispensed cells was consistently around ±5% or within ±0.05 mL.

Efficient and Fast

Compared to traditional manual operations, the automated filling system can complete the dispensing process more simply and quickly. In just 30 minutes, it can easily fill approximately 1,000 cryovials.

After continuous dispensing, 6 cryovials filled by the AbioFill V100 and 2 manually filled vials were randomly selected for counting. The results showed that samples dispensed by the AbioFill V100 exhibited excellent uniformity compared to manual dispensing.
