The Countleader FL 1000 is an image-based cell counter with brightfield and two fluorescence channels, integrated advanced optics, image recognition systems and statistics. In the brightfield (Trypan Blue) and fluorescence (Acridine Orange, AO/ Propidium Iodide, PI) analysis modes, up to 8 samples can achieve accurate viable and dead cell concentration, cell viability, diameter, cell morphology and other information simultaneously.
Sample
staining
Simply mix 10 μl of cell sample with 10 μl
of the staining solution(AO/PI or Trypan Blue. )
Loading
Only 15 μl of stained samples is required
per well. The advanced FL8-slides can be compatible with multichannel pipettes.

Put the FL8-slides into the slot of
Countleader FL 1000. Selecting the counting Chamber, and Press run to start counting.

Each FL8-slides has unique Code for track
and the volume of each well has been calibrated to provide high precision cell
counting data. The multi-chamber FL8-slides enables high-speed cell counting
with accuracy and precision. Within 2 minutes, you will have 8 cell counts and
viability measurements, and only a small sample volume is required.

Count messy samples more accurately with AO/PI fluorescence! With AO/PI model, you can eliminate red blood cells, platelets and debris from your counts using fluorescent nuclear stains AO/PI. Acridine orange (AO) and propidium iodide (PI) are perfect for counting the nucleated cells in samples like PBMCs, patient samples, tumor digests and samples with lots of debris.

The Countleader FL1000 can track and query cell culture parameters, generate density and viability curves of continuous cultured cells, help user understand cell growth status, trends and optimize cell culture processes.
