The Countleader FL 1000 is an image-based cell analysis system equipped with two fluorescence channels,integrating advanced optical and image recognition technologies.It comes with multiple pre-configured assay modes,including Trypan Blue cell counting,AO/PI dual-fluorescence cell counting,GFP/RFP transfection analysis,cell cycle analysis,and apoptosis analysis.These pre-configured assays significantly simplify and streamline cell analysis workflows in the laboratory.
Simple Workflow with Automated Analysis
FL 1000 enables automated analysis with just staining and sample loading.With only 15 µL of sample,results can be obtained directly from sample loading to analysis.The corresponding analysis results are automatically displayed for each sample.

GFP/RFP Transfection Efficiency
Transfection efficiency refers to the percentage of cells that successfully express the introduced GFP/RFP gene. The FL 1000 provides a fast and simple method for GFP/RFP transfection analysis. By detecting the fluorescence emitted by GFP/RFP under specific excitation wavelengths, it delivers instant results, including GFP/RFP-positive cell percentage,concentration, and cell diameter.
Cell Cycle
The FL 1000 enables cell cycle analysis by determining the proportion of cells in the G0/G1,S,and G2/M phases. It helps assess cell proliferation rates and evaluate whether drug treatments inhibit cell proliferation.

Apoptosis
Apoptosis is a form of programmed cell death characterized by a series of biochemical and morphological changes. The FL 1000 uses Annexin V-FITC and PI staining to classify cells into different stages of apoptosis, providing rapid, automated analysis with immediate results.
