Sample staining

Simply mix 10 µl of cell samples with 10 µl of the Trypan Blue staining solution.

Loading and Press RUN

Only 15 µl of stained samples is required.The advanced FL8-slides can be compatible with multichannel pipettes. Put the FL8-slides into the slot of Countleader BF100 and Press run to start counting.
