The Countleader FL 2000 is a high-throughput automated system for cell counting analy sis, able to analyze 24 samples in 12 minutes, meet fast cell counting needs for multiple sam ples.
The FL24-plate-A is designed to be coated with AO/PI dyes in the microfluidic channel, once the cell samples are loaded, the cell samples are automatically aspirated and flows through the microfluidic channel, stained by the coated AO/PI automatically and finally pushed into the detection chamber. In the chamber, the stained samples are excited and analyzed, all the cell counting data are displayed in the software.
The FL24-plate-B is an empty 24-chan nel cell counting consumable. Only 20µL cell sample and 20µL trypan blue need to be added to each well, without manual mixing. After clicking “Run” of the software, trypan blue and cells are automatically mixed and stained in the microfluidic channel, and then pushed into the detection chamber for cell counting.
The FL24-plate-A and FL24-plate-B eliminates the error by manual, resulting in accurate data, makes your work more efficient and convenient!
Both FL24-Plate-A coated with AO/PI and empty FL24-Plate-B can be used to mix samples auto matically, and the volume of each well has been calibrated to provide high-precision data.
Sample Loading directly!
AO/PI mode: Loading 40µL cells per well into FL24-plate-A with a multi-channel pipette, without sample pretreatment.
Trypan Blue mode: Loading 20µL cell sample and 20µL Trypan blue per well, without manual staining.
Load and press “Run”
Place the FL24-plate into Countleader FL 2000 and press “Run”.
Automatic staining and analysis
The samples are stained automatically as they flow through the microfluidic channel. Fully automated analysis obtains cell density, viability , bright field and fluorescence images of 24 cell samples quick ly and accurately.

Automatic staining and analysis make the results accurate, without the error from the staining of samples by manual. With 1.5X magnification, the area of analysis of field of view is about 4.7 * 3.1m2, which is almost 12 times of that in the Hemocytometer method. The number of cells detected in a single sample can reach tens of thousands, effectively reducing counting errors.
CHO cell concentration gradient plot
Intuitive
and accurate data with total cell concentration, live and non-viable cell
concentration, cell viability, cell diameter and Aggregated cell ratio can be
obtained fastly.
Multiple
results are represented in the software. The data can be represented in
histograms, fluorescent scatter plots and result boxes in the Analysis Manager
Plot.
All the data can be exported in PDF, Excel, TIFF format.
Polygons and markers can be drawn in the plots and are used for gating and counting of subpopulations. The percentage of cells with different diameter can be achieved to know the cell status such as stem cell differentiation, virus infection efficiency.
It is
easy to track the cell growth state and trends of cells, which is conducive to
the optimization of cell culture technology.
Countleader
FL 2000 has strict 3-levels user management and authority, meet the 21 CFR Part
