The Countleader® FL 2000 is a fully automated, high-throughput cell counter designed to meet the demands of multi-sample analysis. Using the patented FL24-Plate with microfluidic channels, the system supports automatic staining. It enables dual-fluorescence staining (AO/PI) analysis for 24 samples in just 17 minutes (12 minutes for trypan blue staining).
FL24-Plate-A features a unique design with pre-embedded dyes. The AO/PI dyes are preloaded in the microfluidic chan nels. Simply add 40 µL of cell sample per well, and as the cells flow through the microfluidic channels, staining and analysis are performed automatically. This is ideal for high-precision counting of a large number of samples that need to be measured daily."
FL24-Plate-B is an empty 24-channel consumable plate. Add 20 µL of cell sample and 20 µL of trypan blue dye per well. The sample is automatically mixed and stained as it flows through the microfluidic channels. This allows for the analysis of 24 samples in just 12 minutes, making it perfect for cell counting during process optimization phases with a high number of daily samples
• Each FL24-Plate is equipped with a unique QR code to accurately record and calibrate the analysis volume of each well, ensuring even greater precision in results.
Sample Loading
AO/PI Mode:Only 40 µL of cell sample per well is required. Compatible with multichannel pipettes, no pre-staining needed.
Trypan Blue Mode: Only 20 µL of cell sample and 20 µL of trypan blue dye per well, with no manual staining required.
Place the FL24-Plate into the designated slot of the Countleader FL 2000, select the wells to be counted, and start the analysis.
Samples are stained automatically as they flow through the microfluidic channel. The fully auto mated system quickly delivers cell density, viabili ty, and both bright-field and fluorescence images for all 24 samples with precision.

The Countleader FL2000 ensures precise results through its automatic staining and analysis process, eliminating errors caused by manual staining. With 1.5X magnification, the analysis area per field of view measures approxi mately 4.7 × 3.1 mm²—nearly 12 times larger than the traditional Hemocytometer method. Tens of thousands of cells can be detected in a single sample, significantly reducing counting errors and ensuring reliable results.

Polygons and markers can be drawn directly on plots for precise gating and counting of subpopulations. The software also provides the percentage of cells with varying diameters, offering insights into cell status, such as stem cell differentiation and viral infection efficiency.
